Chris Criswell (formerly Van Landuyt) is a talent management consultant with over a decade of experience in both internal and external settings. Her work has focused on designing effective talent management strategies and tools including customized assessments for selection, development, career pathing, and succession management.

Chris has deep experience in interpreting off-the-shelf assessments from third parties and crafting blended solutions around multiple assessments. She is particularly skilled at communicating across skill levels, designing pragmatic solutions that help clients capitalize on existing structures or archival data within their own companies, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional guidelines.

Chris completed her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The University of Tulsa, and received a B.A. in Psychology and International Studies from Drury University in Springfield, MO. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
